Private Label success isn’t built on strategy decks. It’s built on what happens between the brief and the shelf — specifications, supplier discipline, compliance architecture, and the systems that hold it all together.

I spent 12 years both inside brand owner and retailer-side Private Label in Ireland — one of Europe’s most mature PL markets — overseeing portfolios of 6,000+ SKUs, leading PLM migrations, and redesigning NPD workflows that delivered ~30% category growth. Now, through Linn Forward Advisory, I bring that infrastructure thinking to retailers, manufacturers, and brand owners navigating increasing technical complexity across Europe and beyond.

What I work on:

– Product — NPD/EPD execution, reformulation, labelling, compliance, and technical policy frameworks aligned with EU legislation.

– Systems — Oracle Retail Brand Compliance (ORBC) and PLM ecosystems: implementation, optimisation, and the workflows that make them actually work.

– Operations — Connecting buying, technical, and NPD functions so that speed-to-market and integrity aren’t in constant conflict.

I work as a senior, embedded partner — not a distant advisor. Every engagement stays under my direct oversight.
